Marrakech ⇢ High Atlas mountains ⇢ Ait Ben Haddou ⇢ Ouarzazate
Following that, we will visit the famed Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou—a fortified settlement designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Kasbah has appeared in movies such as Gladiator, Alexander, and The Mummy. In addition, there are television shows such as Game of Thrones. Following that, we travel to Ouarzazate, often known as The Gate of the Desert. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.

Ouarzazate ⇢ Dades Valley ⇢ Tinghir Oasis ⇢ Todra Gorge ⇢ Merzouga desert
After lunch, we continue to the Sahara desert of Merzouga via Rissani. When we reach the Erg Chebbi dunes, you will swap to camels to cross the Sahara desert. A halt will be made for you at the top of a large dune to watch the spectacular sunset. Then proceed to the camp, which combines traditional nomadic tents with the elegance of the hotel. At the campsite, you can listen to Berber drum music while dancing around the campfire under the open sky of shining stars. Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite.

Merzouga ⇢ Nomad Family ⇢ Khamlia
First, we begin our excursion in Merzouga by driving off-road to an ancient eyeliner mine. Then we pay the nomads a visit in their hand-woven tent. Drink Berber tea and learn about their way of life. Our next stop is Khamlia village, where you may enjoy Gnaoua music and dance performances. Its residents are from sub-Saharan African nations such as Mali, Sudan, and Niger. Free time for lunch at a restaurant. Following that, we take a stroll through a palm tree grove. Then drive a few Kilometers to visit the wild lake of Merzouga, commonly known as Flamingo Lake. Dinner and overnight at a hotel.

Merzouga ⇢ Rissani ⇢ Todra Gorges ⇢ Dades Valley
Rissani remains an important trading center in the region, with a thriving souk on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
After a tour around Rissani souk, we continue to Erfoud to visit one of the fossilized marble workshops. We next drive via Touroug and Tinjdad palm fields to reach the Todra Gorges. These gorges are perfect for rock climbing. Feel free to roam through the gorges and enjoy the scenery. Free time for lunch at a restaurant. Then we continue to the Dades Valley, The inevitable stop comes at the monkey’s fingers rock structure. And a top of a mountain, overlooking the Dades Valley. Finally, dinner and night in a hotel.
